Fees and Policies

• Bluestone Psychiatry and Bluestone Health do not participate in any insurance plans. We are considered out-of-network providers.

• Patients pay Bluestone Psychiatry and Bluestone Health directly for his/her treatment at the time of each visit. We accept FSA/HSA cards as well as credit cards.

• Video sessions are available via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform; and we are also happy to welcome you in-person at our Sarasota, FL, New Canaan, CT, and Mount Kisco, NY offices.

  CANCELLATION POLICY: Bluestone maintains a 48-hr cancellation policy — missed visits and/or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

• For patient safety, individuals on controlled substances are required to be seen once a month. Controlled substances most commonly include stimulants for ADHD, benzodiazepines and sedative-hypnotics for anxiety and/or sleep, and Suboxone.
